When Covid and its restrictions kept us from going out, Simine Azarnoush and I decided to bring the bar home. We created our own menus, tested new cocktails, and took turns designing concepts and prototypes. There were no rules, no fixed style; just us chasing ideas wherever they led. The only constant? Our logo: Simine’s cat, Soda.
And from that came the obvious name of our little club: Club Soda.
